How does it work?


We will provide a map at registration on the day of the event that will outline the participating bars on the crawl and approximate times to be there.

How long is the event?


You can check-in at between 11:00am - 3:00pm at the Irish Pub the day of the event.  The event hours are 12pm - 8pm.

We realize this may be your first bar crawl or your latest notch in a collection, but you may still have common questions specific to the event. We've done our best to answer the most common questions. If we missed any, let us know.



How much does it cost?

$20 online and $25 the day of the event. 


If I pay online, when can I pick up my event shirt?


At  registration between 11:00am-3:00pm at the Irish Pub.  ALL RESERVATIONS will be released without refund at 3:00pm!


What's included?


Event t-shirt which serves as your ticket to get into all the bars, cover charges at all bars, beer/liquor specials, food discounts, and special Philly Fall Crawl photo opps along the way.


How, When and Where do I sign up?


Best Option – Sign up at a pre-registration events.  Second Option – Sign up online here. Third Option – Show up the day of and hope there is still space!


Can I sign up my friends?


Yes.  You can register anyone that is 21+.


Will there be transportation?

No. Participants are responsible for getting to and from bars as well as getting from and to home safely.  All of the bars are within walking distance in Center City and no more than a 10 minute walk from each other.


What size t-shirts do you have available?


S, M, L, XL, and 2X (until supplies last)


What if I can’t make it to registration between 11:00am-3:00pm on the day of the event?


You can either send a friend to pick up your itinerary, shirt and wristband.  They must have an unredeemed voucher or ticket for each individual. ALL RESERVATIONS will be released at 3:00pm! If you miss registration, NO REFUNDS will be offered.


Do I have to follow the group I am assigned?


No, you are free to follow any itinerary, but keep in mind the more people that head in the same direction, the more crowded the bars will be. 



Will the bars be crowded?


Of course, however, we have taken a few measures to make the day a little more enjoyable.  We have multiple bars on the roster to help with crowds.  Additionally, bars will be staffed to help avoid long drink lines.

How do we get from bar to bar?


Participants will be walking from bar to bar.  Please DO NOT DRIVE after the pub crawl!!!  Please either call a cab or schedule a pick up.  Please be responsible.


What if I purchased my ticket online?


Bring your ticket confirmation with bar code.  We can scan print outs or smart phones.  IDs are required at check-in to verify identity. Only one ticket can be used and scanned per person. Once ticket is accepted, the bar code is no longer useable.
